Empowering local physical trainers with a program to promote S&C in National Teams and local Clubs.
The development of strength and conditioning coaches across the Basketball community is essential to overcome current difficulties and challenges as it improves overall athletic ability and decreases risk of injury.
Objective: To decrease non-contact injury rates and increase the knowledge of coaches about S&C in order to elevate the standard of Basketball.
The program consists of 3 levels:
Level 1: A 2-day theoretical and practical training program where participants learn how to perform proper assessments, understanding main Basketball injuries, and applying the proper coaching cues and techniques with Basketball athletes through a theoretical and practical training program for local S&C coaches.
Level 2: a 5-day theoretical and practical training program where participants learn how to design proper S&C programs through understanding its phases, mastering 15 musculoskeletal assessments on athletes, advanced sports injuries rehab methods and post rehab process.
Level 3: An 8-day camp where participants learn how to master becoming a sports performance specialist by applying all of the principles from level 1 and 2 in a 100% practical model.
